How do I sign up for the program?
Call to make an appointment for a personal interview and a tour of the school. In order to hold a seat in the class of your choice, an application must be completed and returned to the Admissions Office along with an application fee of $50.00. An enrollment contract and payment in full is due by approximately the 20st of the month prior to the start date. CALL TODAY.
Can I tour the school?
Yes. Please call our admissions office and set up a time to come in. We would love to show you around.
What are the available class schedules?
Mandalyn Academy offers Full or Part time enrollment and is pleased to offer flexible schedules. Based on a 40 hours week, full time students can complete their program in as little as 8 - 9 months, and part time (minimum of 20 hours per week) student completions are based on the number of hours attended per week. All schedules must be approved and contracted by school administration.

How long is your Master Esthetic program?
Full time students can complete their program in as little as 8 - 9 months, while part time student completions are based on the number of hours attended per week. A minimum schedule of 4 hours per day, or 20 hours per week, is required, therefore the time to complete the program can take from 8 to 16 months.
How much does it cost to attend Mandalyn Academy?

What are my tuition options?
Mountain America education loan and Sallie Mae student loan applications are available through Mandalyn Academy, and are issued to those who qualify. You may also check with your own personal bank or Credit Union for an education loan. Mandalyn Academy does not offer scholarships or government grants at this time.
Do you accept hours from my cosmetology license or from another school?
Mandalyn Academy gladly accepts the hours earned in cosmetology, and upon approval, will accept transfer hours from other Esthetic schools. (Mandalyn Academy does not recruit from other schools)
How big are your classes?
New classes start every month with a limit of ten students per class. We keep our classes small and personal to ensure a high quality education for each individual student. Also, by teaching Esthetics only and keeping smaller class sizes we are able to maintain an atmosphere that promotes harmony, learning, success, and friendships.

Additional Education Includes: Guest speakers, field trips, specialty classes, laser procedures, hands-on laser training, familiarity with botox, cosmetic fillers, deep peels and dermaplaning, the latest in plastic surgery, and other subjects pertaining to the skin and beauty industry.
What products does the school use in training?
Mandalyn Academy retails and trains our students with AYUR-MEDIC, GLYMED, and OTHER PRODUCTS. AYUR-MEDIC, is a highly effective cosmeceutical and nutriceutical product line that uses the most advanced dermatological research to date. This product was developed by Dr. Raj Kanodia (Dr. 90210) and Dr. Ezra Kest of the Kest Institute, both located in the Beverly Hills area, and is carried in only 'high end' retail stores. Mandalyn Academy is proud to be the only school using this revolutionary skin care line, and we offer ongoing training and product knowledge.
In order to well educate our students, we offer training on a regular basis in many other product lines. We feel it is important to educate our students on the ingredients that are important in a good effective skin care line.
Does the school help their graduates find job placement?
Yes. Mandalyn Academy graduates are known to be well trained, so spas, salons, and Doctors in the area often notify the school of job opportunities. These job opportunities are posted on the bulletin board as they are received and graduates are notified. Mandalyn Academy is pleased to have a job placement rate of 100%.
How many graduates pass their State Board tests and get jobs?
Mandalyn Academy has a passing rate of 100% and a job placement rate of 100%
Is Mandalyn Academy an accredited school?
All Esthetic and Cosmetology schools in the State of Utah are required to be accredited or in the process of accreditation. Mandalyn Academy is in the process of accreditation with the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS).
